dc.description.abstract | Image registration is an image processing technique, where different images are considered and the images are aligned together using some reference points, so that additional information can be inferred from the images. Several algorithms have been developed for registration. Fourier Transformation method, interpolation method, principal axes method, mutual information method are some of those algorithms. This paper deals mainly with rigid image transformation. The Principle Axes method and Mutual Information method of image registration have been reviewed. | en_US |
